Have you noticed that Community Managers sometimes spend more time as moderators than relationship managers? How are you using community + CRM to shift your team to the latter?
Yes! I would love to be able to use marketing/sales data in our CRM to give better and more personalized content recommendations in our community.
It'd be great if we could use community + outside the community data to automate touchpoints throughout the customer journey 😍
